TURNIP CAKE (LO BAK GO, 萝卜糕)
Ingredients
1. 1kg turnip shred
2. Chinese sausage
3. Mushroom cut into bits
4. Dried prawn or scallops
5.. onion cut into pieces
Batter
1. 300g rice flour
2. 30g corn flour
3. 350g water
Fry ingredients with
1 tsp salr
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
Pour in batter and mix and set in a tray to steam for 45 mins. Cool down and ready to serve
