Pineapple Tart
Recipe
- Buy ready made pineapple paste ( usually is 500g pack ), will usually need 2.5 portion of dough below.
Dough ( 1portion )
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp caster sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 250 g butter
- 1 tbsp shortening
(cream the butter mixture till white)
Mix in the following flour mix and knead into dough
- 360g plain flour
- 3 tbsp corn flour
- 4 tbsp milk powder
Prepare the pineapple paste by rolling into pieces or roll out and cut into small pieces to be wrap into dough.
Baked at 180 C for 18 ~ 20 mins
