Chiffon cakes

Chiffon cake will have two portions.

A. Batter
- 5 egg yolks + 1 egg
- 15g caster sugar
- 40g corn oil
- 70g cake flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- ( 2 over riped banana can be added to created banana flavour cake)
- ( lemon or orange zest can be added for fruity taste )
You can create and add your own ingredient for different flavour

B, Meringues
- 5 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
- 50g caster sugar

Bake @160C for 60 minutes.
