Ingredient
500g pumpkin
200g meat ( can use pork belly or ham or bacon )
100g dried shrimp (optional)
Shitake mushroom
150g chye por (sweet pickled turnip)
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp challot
4 tbso oil
Batter
500g rice flour
75g tapioca flour
1000 ml water
1/2 tsp alkaline water (optional)
Seasoning
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chicken stock
1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp five spice powder
