食事の時間 ! 🇯🇵Gyudon (Japanese Beef Bowl) 牛丼 with onsen egg
Ingredient
- 300g beef thinly sliced
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 1 scallion
- sesame seed
- chilli flakes
Marinate for beef
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 sachet daishi powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp tapioca flour
Onsen egg
- boil water hot and add in egg and put aside covered for 15 mins and pour away water. When ready to serve just crack the onsen egg on top of beef in bowl.

Marinate and keep aside for 30 mins or overnight
Fry onion to soft and add beef and fry then add in scallion, add a bit of water to simmer, then add daishi powder and stir fry and done.
