Pancake

Ingredients
3 yolks
22 ml milk
35 gr flour
2 g baking powder
q.s. vanilla flavoring (optional, and can add mashed banana or fruit of choice)
25 gr sugar (reduce to 15g if banana is used)
a few drops of lemon juice
( mixed above into batter)
3 egg whites to be beaten into meringue

Beat the egg white into meringue and combine with the batter mixture

Pan fry over low flame with butter on pan
