Korean fried chicken with yangnyeom sauce
Ingredients
For chicken wing
- 1kg mid-joint wings
- 3 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1.5 tbs ground garlic
- 1 tbs ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp black pepper cracked
- 1 tbs rice flour
- 3 tbs corn flour
( marinated over night )
OIL Fry wings or airfry @ 180°C for 24 mins
Yangnyeom sauce
2 tbs gochujang
3 tbs brown sugar
2 tbs soy sauce
1 tsp ground garlic
1/2 tsp ground gjnger
2 tbs tomato ketchup
2 tbs rice vinegar
Garnishing
sesame seeds
Spring onion
