Bread Loaf & sandwich loaf


Ingredients- 230g water ( or full cream milk which I prefer )
- 25g condensed milk (optional )
- 290g bread flour
- 12g sugar
- 2g salt
- 15g milk powder (optional if milk is used)
- 35g gluten flour
- 30g butter
- 1 tsp yeast

Method
- mixed above in mixer for about 15 mins
- knead and leave dough to raise for about an hour
- punch down and knead and form a roll and place in cover loaf pan and let it rise for another hour
- bake at 180 C for 30 mins
- Cool down and slice
