4 skin-on, boneless chicken thighs (or any skin-on chicken pieces)
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, finely grated
2 tsp Five Spice powder

Basting Sauce: 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1. Marinate the chicken overnight
2. Grill 15 mins a side, 180 C, second 15 mins brush basting sauce
