Simple toufu dish 金针菇豆腐煲

Ingredients

- 3 tubes of egg toufu, cut into pieces coat four and pan fry

- tomatoes 4, diced

- Enoki mushroom 金针菇

 Sauce - light soy sauce

           - oyster sauce

           - sugar (optional)

           - corn flour to thicken the gravy
