Braise Duck - Lor Ark

Ingredients

- Duck ~ 1.8kg
- 1 ins Galangal
- 1 ins Ginger
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 8 Cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 star anise
- 1 tsp 5 spice powder
- 30g rock sugar
- 3/4 cup dark sauce
- 1/2 cup light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. oil

Add water to cover duck and pressure cook for 20 mins

Granish with cilantro
Braised with eggs, tau pok, tau kua
