Japanese sponge cake

Ingredient
-1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Whole egg
- 5 egg yolks
- 5 egg white
- Cake Flour 80g
- Sugar 80go
- Milk 80 ml
- Corn oil 50ml

Warm oil and flour in microwave to heat up for 2 mins.
Add 1egg + 5 egg yolks and mix with flour.
Whisk egg white with salt and add sugar in 3 batch along whisking,
Mixed above dough and meringue together and pour into 8 inch round tray.
Bake at 160 C for one hour over water bath.
