Thai Satay

Ingredients

1. 500g Boneless chicken thigh ( or meat of your choice)
    Cut to small pieces for satay stick to poke through.

Marinate
-  2 tbsp curry powder
-  1 tbsp corriander powder
-  1 tsp garam masala
-  2 tbsp of veg oil
(marinate overnight)

Thai cucumber salad sides
- Japanese cucumber
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- challots
- garlic
- lime
- Chilli
(mixed up above)

Satay Sauce:
¼ cup roasted peanuts
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1½ tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp white sugar
