Oven Baked Chicken Katsu
- Chicken breast or thigh ( I prefer boneless chicken thigh )
- Egg
- Plain Flour
- Bread crumps
- Salt
Flatten the chicken and marinate with salt and leave it aside for an hour
Coat chicken with flour, then into whisked egg and coat with bread crump, and ready to be baked in oven. Pan fry bread crump with a little oil to brownish before use.
Bake at 180 C for 15 mins and flip over to bake for another 10 mins and ready to serve.
