Muffin


 250 gm. Self-raising flour
1 tbsp.    Baking powder
1/2 tsp.  Baking Soda
3 gm.      Salt
120 gm.  Fine Sugar
2 nos.      Eggs
75 gm.     Unsalted Butter (Melted)
250 gm.   Fresh Milk


1) Preheat oven to 175°C

2) Mash Bananas and set aside

3) sift and mix the self-raising flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt. Set aside

4) In a separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk and melted butter. Add in mashed bananas.

5) Gently stir in the flour mixture into batter (4). Mix until combine.

6) Divide the batter into muffins paper moulds and bake 20 mins or until golden brown.
