Burger bun

Ingredients- 200g water ( or milk I prefer )
- 20g condensed milk (optional)
- 250g bread flour
- 10g sugar
- 2g salt
- 30g gluten flour
- 25g butter
- 1 tsp yeast
Mixed above in a mixer with hook for 15 mins, and take out to hand knead for a few mins and leave dough to rise. After dough has risen punch down and divide to 10 pieces and coat with roasted sesame and let it rise to size about 30 mins and bake at 180C for 20 ~ 25 mins.
