Chwee Kueh

Recipe
A. Batter preparation
- 150g rice flour
- 12g wheat starch
- 12 g corn flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2tbsp oil
- 300 ml water
- 400 ml hot water
Mixed above to form the batter followed by hot water, steam for 12 mins, if you get it right there is a depression in the center of each piece, this recipe makes 25 cups

Chye Por Preparation (fry them)
- 150g chye por (sweet preserved turnip)
- 30g garlic
- 1/4 tsp dark soya sauce
- 120 ml oil 
- 2 tbsp sugar
