Fluffy Japanese pancake
Ingredrient (for 6 pieces)
- 2 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp whole milk
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/2 cup cake flour (can also use normal flour half cup remove one tbsp and add 1 tbsp corn flour .)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp neutral-flavored oil (vegetable, rice bran, canola, etc.) (for greasing the pan)
A
- separate egg u=yok and white
- whisk egg yolk and milk then add in flour mix
B
- beat egg white to stiff meringue with sugar
- Add A and B together and mix well into batter
- Add A and B together and mix well into batter
You can then pan fry 2 spoonful per piece and add in egg mayonnaise fillings or any feeling of choice in between.
