Sushi

Recipe (for 4 rolls)
- 1 1/2 of Calrose rice
- 2 cup water
- Boil and once boiling, reduce to low flame simmer for 20 mins and stir every 5 mins, once cooked let rice stand covered for 10 mins. (use rice cooker if you wish )
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt
Pour of rice and fluff with fork to loosen the rice, adjust +/- sugar or salt
Ingredients to be prepared depend on individual preference.
Cucumber strips, carrot strips, corns, meat, tuna, etc and add on sesame seeds. Fillings can be any filling to your liking.
- Sushi seaweed sheets
- Sushi mat to roll the sushi
