Sweet & Sour fish - Angry fish 贵花鱼🐟
Sweet & Sour sauce
1. Tomato sauce - half cup
2. Vinegar - 1 tbsp
3. Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
4. Sugar - 1 tbsp
5. Cucumber - half cup
1. Tomato sauce - half cup
2. Vinegar - 1 tbsp
3. Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
4. Sugar - 1 tbsp
5. Cucumber - half cup
6. Pineapple - half cup
(above perhaps is for fish of about 600 ~ 800g, adjust taste by regulating above sauces)
Can also add capsicum, peas, carrot etc
A. Slice up fish 贵花 style. Marinate with salt and wash off after a while.
B. Dip fish into beaten egg, the coat with corn flour.
C. Fry fish till golden brown and cripy.
Prepare sauce
Fry garlic in oil and add tomato sauce to fry. Add in cut tomatoes, continue to stir fry, add in pineapple and rest of cucumber, peas, etc and sugar. Add water and starch to thicken the sauce and pour over fried fish.
