Tom shaky shack burger buns 😁

Soft Bun Recipe
- 20g flour + 200g water boil to firm starch
- 290g bread flour
- 30g sugar
- 5g yeast
- 10g milk powder
- 6g salt
- 120g fresh milk
- 1 egg
- 25g butter

Knead above into dough, set aside to raise for 30 mins.
Divide equally to 10 pieces
Let it rise for 30 mins and place sesame seed over brush with milk over it.

Bake at 180°C for 20 ~ 25 mins
 Beef or pork patty - get minced meat and marinate to your prefered taste generally with oyster sauce, soya sauce, ketchup, pepper, corn flour and pepper.
