Air fry - Ayam Panggang Indo style (Ayam Goreng Suharti)

Ingredients
(Normal Recipe)
- 800g chicken
- 2tbsp coriander seeds (roast it on a pan)
- 2 shallots
- 6 garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- spray with wheat flour (Hong Kong flour)
Pound this is a mortar & pestle into a paste and marinate the chicken over night.

The other version is known as Ayam Goreng Suharti which is simpler, marinating with only coriander seed and garlic paste, salt to taste.

Use Airfryer and grill it at 180C for 20 mins each side, lower side then flip over to grill the skin crispy.
