Japanese pork and onsen egg rice bowl
Ingredients
- 400g Pork/Beef/chicken
- 2tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin/rice wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- sesame seeds
- 1 yellow onion
Fry the onion with above and garnish with spring onion.
Boil pot of hot water and place egg in for 20 mins.
Crack over the bowl to serve.
