Ingredients:

- 1 kg glutinous rice
- 600 gm peeled mung beans
Fillings:
-350 gm pork belly, no skin
-8 shiitake mushrooms, soaked and shredded
-10 salted egg yolks (store-bought or homemade), halved

Marinade for pork belly:

- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- ½ tsp sugar
- white pepper, to taste
- a dash Shaoxing wine

- ½ tsp sugar
Seasonings for glutinous rice:
- 1½ Tbsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1½ Tbsp oil
Seasonings for mung beans:
- 3 tsp salt
