Western chicken chop

Marinate 1kg boneless chicken leg with salt and pepper (about 5 pieces)

Mushroom sauce
- 50g butter
- 90g onion
- 3 tbsp flour
- 5 fresh shitake mushroom or tin mushroom
- 750ml water
- 2 tbsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- dash of chicken powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
