Bread Loaf - Pandan Loaf

 Simple Bread Loaf
(For one loaf)

- 200ml water ( or milk if preferred )
- 290g bread flour
- 12g sugar
- 2g salt
- 15g milk powder ( optional if milk is used )
- 35g gluten wheat flour
- 30g butter
- 1tsp yeast with 30ml water
- 20g condensed milk (optional)
- 50ml pandan juice (optional, for a nicer pandan fragrant bread)




Place above in a mixer to mix into bread dough for about 15 mins.
Put aside and let dough rise to double the size. Punch down and knead before putting in load pan for it to raise covering it if using covered loaf pan otherwise let it rise. This should take a couple of hour depending on the yeast quality.
 Baked at 200 C for about 25 minutes.
Cool it for an hour or so before slicing the bread.
