Honey Glazed Char Siew



- 800g Pork Belly ( Pork Shoulder if lean meat is prefered )

Marinates
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp light sauce
- 2 tbsp dark sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 whole garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp 5 spice powder
- 1/2 tsp white pepper

Glazing - 2tbsp honey
              - 2 tbsp boiling water

Grill 200 to 220 degress C 25 minutes on each side, glazing with honey water
