Korean Ssamjang Grilled Ribs
Marinate
- 1.5 tbsp Korean ssamjang paste (soya bean paste)
- sesame oil 1 tbsp
- 5 spice powder 1/4 tsp
- 2 tbsp of honey
(keep a tbsp of marinate to glaze ribs during grilling)
Wrapped the marinated ribs in aluminium foil and bake in oven for about an hour ( best is to make use of bread or cake baking time to place in to save energy )
Grill the ribs at 200 C for about 15 minutes and flip to other side to
grill another 15 minutes ( pour out the liquid marinate juices within the aluminum foil and glaze ribs)
There will be some gravy left on foil after grilling, scoop this and glaze over ribs as sauce.
Once ribs are grills, serve on a plate.
