面煎粿

Ingredients


- 250g flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp yeast
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 450ml water


Mix above and set aside for an hour for the batter to rise and ready to pan fry over low flame with margarine or butter on pan, cover and let it cook slowly adding fillings of you choice, can be peanuts with sugar, or just cheese and banana.
