Vietnamese rice paper roll
Ingredients
Basically prepare lettuce, Chinese celery, pickled carrot & raddish, prawns, eggs.
I pack of Vietnamese rice paper ( 15 pieces in a pack )
Soak rice paper in a plate of water until soft and lay on a cutting board and place praw and eggs and other ingredients and wrap like popiah.
Dipping sauce is crunchy peanut butter, hoisin sauce and water and mix it thoroughly
