Bibimbap - Tombimbap 🤣
Ingredients
Prepare Carrot, Radish, Cucumber, Green Vegetable, Bean sprout , salt and cut to strips and cook as in the link.
Prepare Shitake mushroom fry with garlic and light sauce
Beef cut into strip, marinate with light and dark sauce, honey and oyster sauce and stir fry.
Sauce - Korean pepper bean sauce, light sauce, Chinese wine, and stir into light paste
Cook some rice, coat base of pot with sesame oil, place rice in it and line up all the cooked vegetable, mushroom and beef.
Crack an egg yolk over it and heat under low flame, add the paste and add sesame seeds and ready to serve.
