Roti jala
Ingredents
Pandan juice - 4 pandan leaves with 100ml water (blend and squeeze)
- 250g all purpose flour
- 150ml water
- 100ml evaporated milk (optioal)
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 4 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 egg
( mixed above into a wet batter, add more water if batter is too think to flow from the dispenser spout )
Heat non stick pan and just fry over it and fold the jala as it cook.
My first time doing this and I added too much pandan juice so is greenish, should be yellow, my friend call this roti jialat :)
