Basically buy the mala mix off he shelf, choose one that suits your taste, I got this pack from Sheng Siong and it has 2 sachets of 100g in a pack.

Fry the mala mix with garlic and yellow onion and stir in all vegetable and meat. I pre-fry the prawn with garlic to add in as I stir in the vegetables.
