1/2 tsp pepper
1 piece chicken stock
Star anise
Cinnamon stick
Light Sauce
Dark Sauce
Fish sauce
2 X 900g chicken
Mix spices: (add to broth)
3 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp cumin seeds
{optional : 1 tbsp white peppercorns}
Flour mix: ( batter for chicken and tau kua)

70g rice flour
1 egg white
