Indonesian Tauhu Terlu
Ingredients
Cut taukua into pieces and fry
Beat 3 eggs with 2tbsp tapioca flour and add fish sauce and mix
Sauce Ingredients

5 tablespoons of kichap manis or Indonesia sweet soya sauce
2 tablespoons palm sugar
2 tablespoons peanut butter
5 cloves garlic
5-6 pieces of red chilli
3 pieces of chilli padi
Egg & Tofu Mixture

1 slab of egg tofu or tau gwa (firm beancurd)
5 eggs
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
1.5 teaspoons of salt
Garnishing

Handful of beansprout
Handful of cucumber - thinly sliced
