Baked Chicken Basmati Rice

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drum sticks
- 3 tbsp. light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 tsp chilli powder
- sesame oil
(marinate the chicken)


Rice
- 2 cup basmati rice
- 2 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3 cloves chopped garlic


Place marinated chicken over the rice with chicken stock
Baked covered with foil at 180 C for 50 mins, and 20 mins open
Garnish with fried shallots and coriander reader to serve


Garnish
- 1 onion cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp. oil coat over chicken
