Bak Chor Mee
Ingredients
B. Stewed Mushroom
1 cup water (mushroom water)
5-6 big mushroom soak overnight
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 sliced ginger
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp corn starch with 2 tbsp water
Sauce for tossing noodle
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
1 tbsp chilli sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
Fish balls, fish cakes, bean sprouts, lettuce, scallion to be added
Soup
1 pork cube
2L water
bring to a boil

2-3kg pork bones
3L water
100g anchovies (ikan bilis)
2-3 slices ginger
3-4 cloves crashed garlic
