Bun cha - Vietnamese meatballs
Ingredients
A Meatballs
- 500g pork belly
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp lemon grass paste
- 2 tbsp oil
(blend above together in blender, blend into minced meat)
- Carrot
- Radish
- Bean Sprout
Salt above and leave aside as picked veg
Dressing
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 chilli chopped
Serving
- Vermicelli
- Lettuce
- Coriander
- Chilli slices
- Carrot & Radish (above picked)
