🐽 猪肠粉 chee cheon fun

Ingredients

Batter ( good for 5 rolls)
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/2 cup tapioca flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 cups water

Steam for about 2 to 3 mins and in between add char siu or prawn or simply plain and roll bring out to roll into chee cheon fun.

Sauce
- Hoisin + light soy sauce + sesame oil
- Light soy sauce + sesame oil

Garnish with spring onion and fried shallots and sesame seeds
